C.Next Designers will take place from February 4-8, 2024 at the Grand Velas Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico.
There is no cost associated with the conference. Guests will pay for their all-inclusive room rate and airfare (which includes airport transfer). Please visit the accommodations page to learn about the costs.
The cancellation policy for C.Next Designers is as follows:
Until December 1, 2023: cancellation deadline for pre- and post-convention nights.
Until December 31, 2023: 100% refundable for convention nights only 2/4-2/8, 2024.
After January 1, 2024: no refunds will be issued.
When completing the registration form you will be asked to specify if you wish to book travel independently or through Cosentino's agency, Planet One. For travel related inquiries, please contact cnextdesigners@planetonetravel.com
Cosentino's travel agency, Planet One, can accommodate transfers from the airport to the hotel and back. Please note the cost for the transfer is included in the airfare - there is no additional cost.
Yes. When completing the registration please specify you wish to book your flights independently. Flight information must be shared with Planet One Travel Agency if you’d like us to arrange your transport to/from the airport.
Please note that the weather will be chilly and windy in Cabo during this time of the year, especially in the evenings. Make sure to check the weather forecast and pack accordingly, as evening events will take place outdoors.
Conference Day Sessions: The attire is business casual. This includes slacks, khakis, polos, button-downs, skirts, dresses, and blouses.
Welcome to Mexico Dinner & Cocktails with Cosentino: Cocktail attire. Remember to pack a jacket or shawl to keep warm.
White Out Beach Night with Perlick: Wear your favorite all-white outfit. Nights can get cold, so make sure to wear something to stay warm.
Farewell Cocktails and dinner with Hestan and Afterparty with BauTeam: Cocktail attire. Nights can get cold, so make sure to wear something to stay warm.
